The Old Barn 

Upstairs

The different scenic venues, each fulfill a special need, for both intimate and large weddings. The Old Barn is the largest building in the Isedleke Complex with the biggest room upstairs seating up to 170 guests. This incredible old building with its beamed ceilings, stone walls and polished Oregon floors will grant splendour and charm to every wedding.

Down Stairs

Down stairs the barn can accommodate up to 100 guests. This area flows onto a large patio (overlooking the ampitheatre and the lake) onto which we can erect a tent for larger functions up to 240 guests. 

Franz Hoenig Haus

Smaller more intimate weddings can be hosted for in the Franz Hoenig Haus in the Modderfontein Village,with it's 4 hectares of old world charm gardens. The picturesque treed gardens offer a wonderful, park-like relaxed atmosphere for daytime wedding ceremonies. Also offering you a magnificent and well managed venue, we will also guide you through every aspect of your wedding planning. The professionalism and expertise of all at Champetre will make the planning process as much a pleasure as your dream day. Max capacity 40 guests - regret no children under 16 years. Crystal and Noritake will provide the ultimate luxury, we will arrange for all decor on your request. This is a stylish and unforgettable venue.

Picnic Weddings

For something different and with an amazing outdoors ceremony and reception overlooking onto a beautiful waterfall while you complete the circle of life with the the rings that you give to each other as commitment of this love,your guests taking part of this ceremony while listening to the sound of the water, enjoying a picnic set up as reception, seated lovely on picnic chairs with quant tables, with blankets and cushions scattered, lazing on a glass of wine and enjoying the company of a small group of friends and loved ones, then you must come and view our lovely picnic wedding area. For viewings you need to make an appoinment please in order for one of our co-ordinators to spend quality time with you, this venue is approx 2 km from our Main Estate up stream. Max of 40 guests, this is a day time venue, 10h00 to 16h00 only.

Menus 

A scrumptious selection of menus are available, buffet or set. These have been designed with you in mind, but our executive chef and wedding co-ordinator will be more than willing to discuss any suggestions and will gladly assist you in planning a menu to meet your specific requirements.
